Residents can take advantage of all life has to offer without the worry and costs of maintaining a house. There are 102 individual apartment homes within this beautiful private community. In addition,, there are apartments specially designed for individuals with handicapped conditions, that provide easy wheelchair access. 

These spacious one bedroom apartments feature cherry finish,living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, attractive carpeting, individually controlled efficient gas heating system with central air, ample closet space for storage and emergency call system for 24 hour emergency nursing assistance

Life at Chicago Trail Village never stands still. There is always come activity or social gathering scheduled throughout the day. You will find everything from arts and crafts to in-house movies, sing-a longs  and bingo.
