Our studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes are designed for efficiency and convenience, yet spacious enough for your cherished possessions. Standard features include individual climate controls with easy to read dials, numerous phone, electrical and cable television outlets, and wall to wall carpets. Kitchens are equipped with handsome fixtures, frost free refrigerator/freezer and microwave oven.

Once you settle in you can begin your day by strolling the walking trails, relax afterwards with lunch in the Garden Dining Room, enjoy a snack in the Sweet Shop, or the solitude of the Genesis Chapel.

Of course, there are some things you will have to give up to live at The Pointe... such as mowing the grass, raking the leaves, shoveling snow, cleaning gutters, and a host of other chores. The good news is that at The Pointe, these and other services are all provided and included in one affordable monthly fee.

The Pointe at Hamilton Communities also provides assisted living services. It used to be that older adults who found it difficult to perform daily tasks either entered a nursing home or coped at home as best they could. The Pointe’s assisted living program bridges the gap between these two extremes. Here you can live comfortable in your own apartment, secure in the knowledge that help is always close at hand. Residents also have priority access to our Health Care Center for temporary or long term nursing services.
