At the Villas, efficiency and convenience are possible without sacrificing privacy and comfort. Our two and three bedroom villas are designed with the intention of responding to individual tastes and personal preferences. Noteworthy features include; kitchens that are fully equipped with oak cabinetwork, and major appliances such as range, refrigerator, micro-hood, dishwasher; wall to wall carpeting; vaulted ceilings; basement; and individual climate control.

The Villas also feature Pella clad windows, Peachtree insulated doors, attached garage, and treated wood deck. You can custom design your home by adding your choice of amenities such as a covered front porch, crown molding, chair rail, and fireplace.

There are five models available at The Villas. All have two bedrooms, a great room,, dining room, kitchen with dinette, main floor laundry, and full basement.

The Lucius: 1282 square feet, two bedrooms, 22 x 22 garage

The Jonathon: 1351 square fee, three bedrooms, 20 X 21 garage

The Haven: 1370 square feet, two bedrooms, 22 X 22 garagea

The Hanna: 1500 square feet, two bedrooms, 22 X 22 garage

The Arminia: 1598 square feet, three bedrooms, 22 X 22 garage

For a monthly maintenance fee you will also receive lawn maintenance; landscape maintenance, snow removal, exterior maintenance, exterior window washing twice per year; maintenance of appliances (if provided by Hamilton Communities), maintenance of HVAC; maintenance of water softener (if provided by Hamilton Communities); and trash disposal.

There is also a partial refundable life use.
